Your Statutory Rights

  • This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights. In the UK, consumers have strong legal rights, particularly under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.
  • Please notify us within a reasonable time of discovering the fault. We may request photographic evidence.
  • We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or damaged goods.
  1. Incorrect Orders
  • If we send you an incorrect item, we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and we will cover the return postage for the incorrect item.
  1. Change of Mind (Distance Selling)
  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.  
  • To be eligible for a refund, the items must be returned in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the return postage costs for cancellations due to a change of mind.
  • Once the returned good has been received, we will process the refund within 14 days.
